24 Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Healing Hands Massage & Bodywork, Inc. has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you miss your appointment, reschedule, or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice; you will be charged full price for the appointment missed. This is our policy regardless of other promotional offers or gift certificates, and we advertise this policy with purchase of all major promotional offers.
This policy is out of respect for our therapists and our clients.
Upon scheduling your appointment, via telephone or online, we will ask you for your credit card information in order to reserve your appointment, and notify you of our cancellation/rescheduling policy. Should you make your appointment online and create an email account with us, you will be notified of this policy with a link to this page in an email confirmation of appointment for your review. Should you then miss, cancel, or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice the fee will be applied to your card.
